Welcome to our spacious, detached home in Belgrave Park, Chester. With four bedrooms including one en-suite, this is a perfect choice for families or a group of friends. There is spacious downstairs space including, a well equipped kitchen, garden room, a living room, a downstairs W/C and a lovely garden.

PARKING: there is private parking for 3/4 cars on the drive.

Bedroom 4: 1 x Single Bed

Downstairs you will find plenty of space for socialising during your stay. There is a good sized living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a TV with Sky. The kitchen is a good size and has all amenities needed for self-catering & cooking, including a large American style fridge/freezer. Enjoy dinner around the home's 8 seater dining table in the spacious garden room, where you will also find further seating - a great place to gather. You will also find the snug downstairs and a convenient downstair W/C. To the back of the home there is a pleasant garden with a decking area and seating, great for a summers day.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 7 guests. Bedroom 1 & bedroom 2 both have double beds and bedroom 1 also benefits from an en-suite. You will also find a room with bunk beds and a further room with a single bed. All beds have professionally laundered linens and towels provided for your comfort.

Access via lock box. Guests will have access to the whole house.

The house is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot, so you will need to bring your own. These are standard size travel cots and they do not have extra mattresses. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
