« We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars »

« Hotel neuf, personnel souriant. Belle piscine et jaccuzi intérieurs. Belle salle de sport. Le buffet du soir est inclus mais il n y a guère de choix pour les végétariens et les plats n étaient pas très bons. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. »

« Great trip to beautiful Chattanooga! Mom & 2 kids, stayed 3 nights in a double queen to visit family in Hixson & a trip to Rock City & the Incline. Room was very clean, spacious, and was attended daily by housekeeping <3 They did a fabulous job. The kitchenette had fridge, flat top stove, dishwasher, all cookware. Convenient, seemingly safe location, with a Chipotle, Starbucks, liquor store in walking distance, & Northgate Mall & other food places a short drive. Probably the nicest, newest hotel...

« It’s a place to sleep rooms are outdated, gave us the wrong room. Checkout was 11 room key turned off at 9 we got locked out and had to get let in to get our stuff. Diner that’s connected is good »

« We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that. »
