« We are from Florida and have family in the Liverpool area. We love Chester and have stayed in Chester several times. This house was the most outstanding of any we have stayed in so far. It is beautifully put together, we loved the location and the owners were very easy to work with and they met us onsite to introduce us to the house. Our teen children really loved it, too. It's also just a bit off the main streets so you don't have a lot of noise at night. The Grosvenor park is down the street...

« The hot tub was excellent and we used it earlier each day. Although we took most things with us there was a general store just a few yards away. There were two small issues which I brought to the attention of the host and they were dealt with immediately. »

« We used Stonewood as a stopping off point on our way home from our holiday on the south coast. Cannot fault it at all. The little things like milk, chilled bottled water, tea and toiletries were most welcome after a long drive. Very well looked after lodge and in a great location in an area that we love. »
