« Great house, amazing location. We had a wonderful stay. Any issues were resolved very quickly. Only thing to be improved would be that I had to request the full address and check-in instructions, rather than them just being provided without prompting. We also had a lack of bedding for the sofa bed, but this was resolved quickly. »

« We had a lovely stay in the property. The only thing I'd say is there were no oven gloves or tea towels. The washing up liquid was almost finished and we didn't have enough towels. Apart from those minor things everywhere was really clean, thankfully we had fans in the rooms and dee was great at picking up messages and explaining everything. « A good place to stay for a great price, it's right on a main road so it is noisy but that's nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't solve. it was warm, comfortable and clean. will definitely stay here again. »

« A lovely little town house in a very quiet neighbourhood within 5 minutes walk of the University and close to the centre of Chester and the Walls. A helpful neighbour told us which bins to put out on collection day as the system was new to us.
