« The booking process was easy so we assumed this would be a good stay. This was not so. We didn't hear from the owner on how to gain entry to the property until we were travelling there (6 hour drive away) to wish the keys were left for anyone to gain access and available after the check in time of 3pm, good job we weren't on time. It looked like the place hadn't been cleaned in weeks with hair and stains all over the floor downstairs. Two of the three bed linens had stains on the them! It stated...

« Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais celui ci était présent par sa communication e mail. Quelques friandises dans le réfrigérateur que du bonheur.. Confort, propreté c'était parfait Chester est à 800 m, on laisse la voiture et un peu de marche. »

« Have to say the real selling point for this property is its location; 10-15 mins walk from the city centre.Having said that the cleanliness really let down this property.Cobwebs in the bedrooms, atleast a years worth of crumbs down the side of the sofa, microwave dirty, toaster needs emptying and splash back behind cooker covered in fat. A very cold property but the lovely beds and furnishings helped! »
