« The host Andrew was very helpful and made us feel very welcome, the property is in an amazing location it is easy to walk into the city or catch a bus as we did. We went for New Year and cooked a large roast dinner for 6 of us and we had everything we could need to do this. »

« We are from Florida and have family in the Liverpool area. We love Chester and have stayed in Chester several times. This house was the most outstanding of any we have stayed in so far. It is beautifully put together, we loved the location and the owners were very easy to work with and they met us onsite to introduce us to the house. Our teen children really loved it, too. It's also just a bit off the main streets so you don't have a lot of noise at night. The Grosvenor park is down the street...

« The Lodge was really lovely, spacious and we loved the comfortable bed! It's also very close to Chester and the surrounding areas. We visited the zoo one day which was only 10 min in the car. The place is well equipped with all the necessities. There were a couple of horses we liked to see, and a friendly cat, too. We would happily stay again in the future and recommend the place to our friends and family. »

« A really lovely property but advertised as suitable for 7 people. We were 3 couples. The third couple had to ‘sleep’ on a very inadequate bed-settee. They had no sleep on the first night and as we were staying 3 nights they needed to book into the hotel across the road for the other 2 nights. »
