I will never come back here to this hotel the staff stole my Apple Watch and charger. Still pinging there tho but nobody has it. All I get from front desk is that her worker did not do it.

The rooms had been updated, but there was nowhere to hang up a towel. The side entrance to the hotel had a scan device, but it did not work and the door was unlocked at all times and not in view of the front desk. There appeared to be homeless people hanging out around the hotel entrances and once a man was walking up and down the street in front of the hotel ranting like a madman and cussing up a storm. My husband had to take our granddaughter and lock himself in the car while waiting for me to come out. Our first night there, my husband was awoken by people being extremely loud around 12:30 am. It stopped shortly thereafter so he assumed someone else had called in the disturbance. The breakfast consisted of toast, bagels, sometimes Otis Spunkmeyer packaged blueberry muffins, and self-serve waffles. The coffee was horrible, but thankfully there are individual coffee makers in the rooms. We checked out the pool area and the pool water was cloudy. It was one of the reasons I chose the hotel so I was extremely disappointed. The workout room smelled awful. There was a hard-working lady working the front desk every morning and she was always cleaning the lobby and stairs to the second level. The staff was courteous and eager to help.

Front desk guy needs some customer service training. He expressed that this was a non-smoking hotel and I said ok. I am a non-smoker, so that was perfect for me. He mentioned it multiple times, and I was like okay I heard you the first time. Also, the shower was not cleaned properly. I would never stay at this location again. The pictures on the internet and the actual property was very deceiving.

The hot tub and pool is what really saves this property from being absolutely terrible. The area is kind of sketchy and the room my partner and I had was almost like they didn’t even clean it. The sheets had stains and hair on it. The floor was dirty. The desk chair had paint stains all over it. The walls are paper thin in the building so you could literally hear everything. Aside from the lobby, the interior of the building needs some updates as well as the rooms.

It was a college football homecoming weekend and the guest at the hotel were loud all in the hallway after 12am until daybreak.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious, if you can get over how dirty it was. The toilet was not cleaned. We HAD to wear our Crocs in the shower. The floor was sticky. Parts of the furniture were falling off. Some of the lights and outlets didn't work. Stains on the comforter. Stains in the shower. It was just nasty. We removed the sheets and put our travel blankets over them to make do.

the room is too humid to stay. floor was too dirty and sticky. All the bed, lamps and chairs were rusty. it seemed like all these were taken from some used auction or good will store. Property owner have to do something about this on the Positive side, pool was good and this property offers good breakfast. Staff is responsive.
