État de la chambre laisse à désirer, lit très inconfortable, drain du lavabo bouché. Seul point positif petit coin salon avec divan-lit assez confortable. Accès wifi correct. Petit déjeuner limité, il n’y avait aucun gobelet pour le café.

The couch in the room was dirty and nasty from who knows what!!!! Stained with all sorts of who knows what. It should have been removed or replaced. Made me nervous as to what the beds were really like.

Get what you pay for
Positive: the pool was open. Breakfast was average but good. Hot showers. Negative: There were times you couldn’t find anyone at the front desk and would have to call a number to find someone. Unable to get towels for the pool. Could never find housekeepers in the morning just would see a cart with no one around so we kept the same towels for our entire 5 day stay. Mini fridge didn’t work and we had to get in contact with the front desk to learn to turn it on with a switch. Trash piled up in our room because we couldn’t find housekeepers so when speaking to the front desk he gave me a large trash bag that we kept in our room on the floor by the door. The tub drain was broken and the pieces were just laying in the tub. Overall you get what you pay for. Somewhere cheap but decent enough that it doesn’t have bugs or sketchy people outside

My stay at this Comfort Inn was atrocious. The room itself was gross and dirty. Sheets stainted and hair inside the bed. Couch stained and torn, TV wasn't working, frig was turned off. I was traveling with my infant daughter and after 11 hours of traveling and arriving at 10pm the receptionist said there was nothing she could do. The next morning the manager would not give me a refund and there was nothing Expedia could do. My only option was to get another room in the same building. And even afte that, the manager was less than accommodating. I am mind blown. The Comfort Inn had me feeling anything but comfortable.

The back dumpster area by the rear entrance is a mess. I would highly recommend cleaning that area up. Although some updates needed the room was very clean, as were the bedsheets. No complaints inside. The area was a little rough to be out at night.

Rude staff
Today Dec the 31st was the worst day. I was relaxing listening to church service and I had a candle burning . The smoke detecter went off. That wasn't the bad part the worst part was the rudeness of the staff. Trying to rush me out of the room before the police came. When the police officer came the staff made a comment about smelling some type drugs. When the officer came he stated he didn't smell anything illegal or cigarettes. He asked me if I leaving i stated yes. He gave me his card and the notes. He stated i could contact him if needed. He didn't see were I had did anything wrong.

First surprise was the receptionist telling me upon checking in that the fridge is turned off and I had to switch it on. The carpet in the elevator is disgusting. Toiletries were half filled.. Day receptionist’s putting a “you are annoying” face. No smile no care whatsoever, poker face. They make you feel like you were living in the hotel for free. Last but not least, wherever you go inside the hotel you see instructions printed on plain printer paper with draft setting to save ink .. so horrible; I was looking at them and really wondered “ am I really in America!!!!”

The hotel is in need of all furniture updates- dressers old with peeling and broken parts. sink faucet kept falling off on the top. Hole in the shower area, walls need painting. Poor parking area and location is not safe after hours. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Comfort inn used to have better quality

I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I loved not having to worry about breakfast since a hot breakfast awaited us every morning.

This property isn’t the most appealing BUT for the price it was excellent!!! I had surgery at a place near by and when I got back the guy even brought out a chair to roll me down the hall and even moved us to the first floor as the elevator was broken

A pleasant surprise!
The room was very clean and larger than I expected. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I had read a ton of negative reviews about the hotel, but none of the reviews were true based on my experience. I definitely will be back, and I’m recommending the hotel to all my friends and family. Great place for a quiet getaway.

The front desk person Lou, was very professional, helpful and she had a pleasant attitude at all times. She was the only person I saw working the front desk and you never seen a frown on her face. She help with breakfast, cleaning she is a jack of all trades.
