« This is a nice and grand looking hotel with decent service, large and clean bedroom, comfortable bed. It is also nice that the hotel does not have smell of cigarette anywhere. However, the shower in our room looked dirty and moldy and needed thorough cleaning. For the price we paid, this hotel is not recommended. »

« I stayed overnight in order to visit the local panda centre at Dujiangyan.Room was comfortable and the bed was huge.The breakfast choice was a bit overwhelming .I didn't have a chance of trying out the spa.Local policies include a 500 y deposit. The main criticisms are that they couldn't find my reservation and they didn't inform me regarding any breakfast information. They wanted to check my room after asking if I had used any items from the minibar even though I had confirmed that I hadn't...

« Not so nice experience in the beginning but gets better after that. Disappointed that there are no 1. welcome email prior to arrival 2. not even a welcome card from the resort GM. More disappointed to know, there is no GEM appointed to our room. The front desk staff claimed that only villa guest will be entitled a GEM as there are more than 100 rooms in the property to cope with. Can’t help My high expectations of Six senses brand dropped to the bottom as I was wowed by the level of service...

« Location is in the downtown, but you will feel like going to the countryside, esp. suitable for those who like garden styles. They have multiple buildings for accommodation, so it might be the case that you have to walk to the next building to access your room or to have the breakfast from the reception tower. Walking distance is much limited though, if not raining, it's good to take a bit fresh air there. Towels are not as good as the international 5-star hotel ones, but it's value for money....
