Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. « South Alex is an AMAZING complex. Beautiful with plenty of shops and foon nearby with Walmart right across the street and Aldi on the first floor as soon as you get off the elevator. National Harbor is right across the bridge about 6-7 minutes and downtown DC is about a 20 minute drive with traffic. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing. « Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI...

« The location was perfect for us in Arlington and convenient to be able to walk to things, like Whole Foods and other shopping. The place itself could have been cleaner--I noticed dusty baseboards and there was a loofah in the shower from a previous guest. Also just be aware that the apartment is sparsely appointed and we got two partial rolls of toilet paper for our stay. The property manager does communicate about only providing supplies for one day. »
