« From start to finish, Cotswold Grange was a gem of a place! The rooms are gorgeous and the bathroom one of the best! Only thing we learned was dont take a heavy suitcase if you're on the top floor. The breakfast and the service was second to none. Ive forgotten the names now, but the young ladies who served us were very welcoming and helpful - we will be back! »

« The check in process is a joke. I was supposed to get a text with a lock box code that didn’t arrive. It took ages for someone to answer a call and when they did they sent me the wrong code. Recommend using email instead of text as travellers like me are using esims because of high roaming data charges. The day after I checked in the same thing happened to another guest. Just terrible »
