« It was overall a good stay. This was the original house we were booked to stay in. The heater broke prior to our stay, so the owner was willing to swap us to a different property. The owner was very prompt to answer any questions I had. The only downfall of the whole trip was that one of my family members had to sleep on the couch bed. It was not very comfortable. Overall a good trip! »

« The property was reasonably priced and the Manager was excellent. unfortunately the listing does not clearly state that all main bathrooms ( showers) and full beds are upstairs. Do Not reccomended for anyone who cannot tolerate stairs well. we had to find a different place for my parents to stay due to this. Back yard area is very small ( just enough space for pets i suppose tho. »

« The pictures listed must be at least 5 to 7 years old and not accurate for the current state of the house. There has been water damage since the photos were taken and not all of that has been repaired. Oddly enough, the house did not smell musty or moldy but the laminate flooring had clear water damage and were curling up in most of the house. Air vents were rusty, and a couple had signs of mold. « Overall the property was very welcoming and well furnished. We specifically chose this property because of the fenced yard, however there is no access to the fenced yard from inside the house. This made the fenced yard rather useless to us as we still had to put on shoes and leash our dogs and go out in the pouring rain to allow them to go potty.Between the inconvenience of that and the fact the pet fees and other fees doubled the actual cost to nearly 300/night, it just wasn't worth the value....
