« This property could use some TLC.One of the sinks in the master bath didn’t work. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and there were several light bulbs out.The mattresses on the beds could stand to be replaced. Most of the doors were hard to open and close. As far as cleanliness, most of that was good but the floors left our feet almost black after walking around barefoot. »

« The house was just perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is very nice. It's pretty convenient to just about any place we wanted to go in Birmingham. Kathleen was a joy to communicate with, and very attentive! If I have a chance to come back, I will definitely try to get this house again. »

« Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host. »
