« Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. Overall great stay and lovely facilities- amazing hot tub and we loved the outside...

« Immaculate property, compact and well fitted out. Smooth booking process with good communication and the owner was lovely. We checked in late, 10.30pm and were were really touched to find he had turned lights on and even electric heaters in the main room and bedroom, it was so appreciated. There was also fresh bread, milk, eggs and butter so breakfast was sorted. Beautiful location, very close to park and ride and multiple areas of interest. Highly recommended.....thank you! »

Un standing irréprochable, une propreté fantastique, une literie hyper confortable. Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Beautiful views, lovely shower and was convenient as everything was within walking difference, 20mins of that to get into town. « The house is so much bigger and better than the pics on the VRBO website, the pics just don't do the house justice. A group of 13 of us stayed here for my daughters hen weekend. The house is large, spacious and has all that you need for a large family/friends get together. Plenty of en-suites, plenty of other bathrooms. Large, spacious comfortable bedrooms, with a mix of twin beds, double beds and king size beds plus a really comfortable sofa bed. Fabulous dining room and a large kitchen/diner,...

« Si l'environnement immédiat n'a pas particulièrement de charme, la maison de Merv présente beaucoup d'avantages. Deux super-marchés à 5mn à pieds. Un parking gratuit devant la maison. Et surtout pour les touristes que nous sommes, un fantastique emplacement. Qu'on en juge : à moins d'une demi-heure, Stonehenge, Stourhead, Longleat , Montacute .... dans des paysages merveilleusement préservés. Le confort d'une maison où rien ne manque puisqu'il s'agit de l'habitation habituelle du propriétaire...

« A perfect place to stay in Cheddar! The view is beautiful, and farm eggs kindly offered by Paul and Juddy, delicious! The cottage is equiped with everything you need- including a stove and a microwave. The road to the farm looks a little steep at first, but I had no problem going up the hill with my regular, "economy" rental car. Paul and Judy gave me great tips to enjoy my quick halt in Bath.
