NCAA Alabama getaway
We were able to hear wild turkeys at dusk and dawn each day. The place was easy to find and get to, quiet and off the beaten path which was a welcome change from the excitement and fan-driven volume of the NCAA tournament games. Top level responsive host, definitely will stay again.

Great Getaway
We were so busy planning my Dads surprise party at my Uncles that we didn’t get to hang out much but it was an excellent place to escape the busy city and get a good nights sleep. It was nice and quiet, with plenty of space between us and the neighbors. There were games and puzzles tv, and Wi-Fi for the kids to have plenty to do. We also signed up our dog to stay with us. She was so happy to be with us . They have a new well that was having a problem but Mike came right out to check it and all it needed was a new filter and we were good to go again. We will definitely keep this place in mind to stay in the area again!

Great stay
This place was perfect for my family and dogs. It was peaceful and the property was beautiful. Anything we could have needed was provided and the house was big enough for 5 adults and three dogs to stay comfortably. Lisa was a great host and super responsive when I messaged her. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

It was lovely. We loved that it was quiet, had king beds and all the needed amenities. Loved the extra soft blankets and sitting areas. Also the fact that my husband could enjoy a cigar outside. There were patio tables with chairs on back deck and chairs on front porch. When we arrived there was a deer nearby and we also saw the wild turkeys when we left. Would stay there again if it wasn't so far away. Check out the Cat Tails cat rescue down the road!

Could have used some sprucing up.
In my book it had the "necessary" things. A comfortable bed, heater that worked. A great deal of mismatched items, but plenty to cook most anything you want. TV was tricky, didn't need it with the view. Very quiet there. . . in the end , one of the best values in the area for us.

water has very heavy sulfur smell (rotten eggs)
Thank you for your 5 star review. I wanted you to know that I had found out about the water being safe but we could not get past the smell. My son fixed the table out in back at entrance. It wobbled so bad and we saw the screws were almost all out. He tightened them and I washed the table and ashtrays. We also noticed that almost all the kichen chairs are ready to fall apart. They need be glued or be replaced. Better lighting in the living room since the other light is so broken (not safe).

An outside table and some chairs that need to be glued.? Not sure how that justifies 1 star but the loose chairs are tco now. Sometimes people are really looking to be negative.

Odd place
There were a lot of very odd things about this place. There ware no lights in the living room. The one floor lamp that was in the room was obviously broken. The water tasted funny. The back yard grill was tiny. Hornets living in back porch railing The entire back porch needs to be painted as a bare minimum. It should probably be replaced. Back door difficult to close. Corner table on back porch had no top. The pictures showed a lawn. There was only an hay field with 2 foot tall grass. Lights over dining table are absurdly bright. TV is ancient. Wi-Fi name was wrong (but was correct on router) Master shower not clean.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place. Three spacious bedrooms with King beds. Nice comfortable living room and a well stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals. I'd definitely stay again.

Chose this one for the proximity to Green Bluff.
We chose this property for the location. We were attending a wedding in the Green Bluff area and this was pretty much a straight shot over the hill from the venue. This was comfortable accommodations, but after all the fees that come along with a VRBO rental (and this one charges for extra people after two) I kind of felt like I was paying Hilton prices for a Motel 6. There was nothing terrible about this place, but sometimes the little things make a difference. Mismatched towels (which I had to go find in a closet) and mismatched sheets made me feel like I was staying in some college kid's extra room. I am not a super neat freak, but there were things that seemed like they could be cleaned a little better. Especially when one is paying a cleaning fee. A few long black hairs (no one in our party had long black hair) in the shower, a toilet that needs a good scrubbing and a bathmat that probably hadn't been washed in awhile (it wasn't even vacuumed.) The yard is sand and weeds, but there is a good size deck in front and the view is nice. The living room was nice and comfortable and the kitchen was very useable. Pet friendly is a plus. Our son and daughter-in-law were able to bring their dog, which is always nice.

Rural retreat with pros and cons
It is a spacious and well equipped mobile home. We were very pleased with the smooth check-in/out and owner contact. Three minuses:no landscaping/yard aroubd the house for kids to play or walk except the driveway and road; Wifi limited that movies could not be streamed, and only a couple local tv stations accessible. The cost of approx. $50/person per night is therefore expensive compared to the budget hotels in nearby spokane.

Quiet, restful overnight retreat.
We were attending a wedding at the Axtell Wedding Venue, just 5 minutes up the road- really convenient. Very comfortable beds, beautiful new kitchen (with coffee & creamer ❤️👍🏻), large , nice TV. Leather couches. Beautiful view in the distance from the deck. Easy access. Would have liked more bathroom towels & a couple of coasters, but other than that, would highly recommend.

Washington trip
I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the last week and by far this is the best! I would recommend this to anyone. They have more locations also. I travel often and will look for their other locations.
