Bien situé, belle piscine. Chambre un peu désuète, rien pour déposer sa valise et fauteuil un peu sale dans la chambre. Personnel peu motivé à l'accueil. Un bon resto type dîner y est annexé.

This was such a cute 60’s style hotel/ motel. It’s updated, clean, there’s always staff around to help with anything. Pool, outdoor seating, and restaurant/ bar area was so cute! I’d definitely stay there again rather than the big hotel chains. Highly recommend!

The other guests were the only real issue we had with this location. Our room was right beside the pool and kids were literally screaming and running around until 10PM. Other than that, the room was very clean and the coffee was surprisingly good. We brought our own coffee expecting a full-size coffee maker, but it’s a single-serve. The lids with the cups didn’t fit, but the ones we brought with us did. Also, the restaurant wasn’t open due to staffing, but the complimentary muffins were delicious and the staff made local breakfast recommendations.

People were friendly. Hotel was clean. I asked for extra shampoo, conditioner when we checked in and front desk gave me bag full of them. 😀 I saw extra $50 charge in my account. I guess that was for late check out which was at 1 pm instead of 11 am. Hotel was mostly empty and cleaning lady wasn’t even near our room yet. I wish we were not charged extra $50 for 2 hrs. I also thought free breakfast was included and I assumed it would be hot breakfast. It was just muffin/coffee and apple/orange at the lobby. They were delicious though. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Thanks

We had a great stay here! We came into town for a dance competition. The staff was super friendly! The bathrooms could use updating, but were super clean. The only thing we had a small issue with is that the king suite says it sleeps 5, but truly only sleeps 4 (1 king bed, 1 sofa bed). Definitely would stay here again. It was amazing!

The hotel staff were great, but the bartender she was rude and races . She did not want to serve us as black customers. She walked by us about three times and a white customer told her to serve us.

Good location for walking around. Rooms are mostly updated. The doors could use some work. Down side is smell of weed. And if people are above you, tobacco will fall from above from smokers. We didn’t have hot water the first night/morning, along with many other people, but the hotel did get it fixed rather promptly so we had hot water for the rest of the stay. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful.

I am sorry to hear you had trouble finding parking on our property during your stay. We are happy to be one of very few places in Downtown Chattanooga to offer complimentary parking with our available spots. We will continue to do so as long as possible. Meter parking is free after 6pm on the street as well as the parking lot across from the hotel offers discounted parking rates compared to most of the lots and garages in Downtown Chattanooga.

Everything about our stay at Hotel Bo was good with one BIG exception. The parking. After returning back to the hotel after a concert there were ZERO parking spots. We talked to the front desk to learn "there are not enough parking spaces for the number of rooms" and we would have to seek and pay for parking elsewhere. BIG PROBLEM! Why in the world would there not be enough parking spaces for guests? And why weren't we told this when we checked in? The hotel should offer parking reimbursement if there are not enough spaces and guests had to park elsewhere.

This is a great place to stay. Really clean with nice touches in the room. Rooms are accessed from the outside and we managed to park our car in front which was perfect. There was no breakfast provided although there are a couple of coffee shops close by and the main area was within walking distance with a ton of cafes and restaurants. We were told to drive but actually walking would be doable on a nice day, it only took us less than 5mins to drive to ChooChoo. On a side note, the directions on Expedia takes you to a random place no where close to the hotel. I had to call the hotel directly to get directions. If you have a gps, put in Chattanooga library and they are behind there! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Noisy. Full of college kids. It has been cheaply remodeled with modern furniture but you can tell it’s an old building. Beds are double beds, not queen. Not much place to put your laugage or toiletries. Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Very accessible and convenient location.
