Room 430 was okay. Shower pictured was not the same in room. The mattress felt like it had been folded in half my head was lower than my feet. I slept with my head at the foot of the bed. I did like the pool and gym happened to be on the 4th floor where we were. FYI there is no free parking and no free breakfast. The Brazilian steakhouse located inside the hotel was not worth the price.

This property was perfect and in walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. There were numerous restaurants around. I would suggest valet parking to avoid the public parking lots and time limits.

Perfect spot in downtown. We had a toddler and there were so many restaurants that were walking distance. The aquarium and children’s museum is super close by. Friendly staff!

I was able to check in early which was a plus and the guest service clerk was super kind. Although parking wasn’t free, I was able to park right across the street from the hotel. When I got off the elevator, on the way to the room, I could smell the “clean!” The smell of a hotel is super important to me😊. Not a newly constructed hotel but it was cozy and very clean!!! We were nine minutes away from Walmart which we had to visit because we left our toothbrushes at home. The Aquarium was in walking distance. Great experience!!

My stay was great except for the Valet parking attendants. They didn't see me pull, so I parked myself. I parked in a handicap spot and once I walked, the attendant then said I was good to park in that handicapped spot but took my keys anyway. The next morning my car had been moved 2 levels up and in a non-handicapped spot and another vehicle was in the handicap spot i had parked. So I had to take my luggage up to that level to get my car. That is fine but why have valet-only parking if they don't do anything?

Fine for our overnight
It was fine. Room very clean and comfortable. Parking was frustrating as there is no on site self park, only $25/ day valet. To self park you must find a nearby lot which seemed to be no problem but it was too cold to venture out to look. Front desk service was lukewarm until our checkout when the man working at that time made us feel very welcome.

Great hotel. Clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast good. I believe it is unfair to charge for parking. This fee ($24) not listed on hotel stay cost. It should be. Chattanooga great city. Clean and easy to get around.

The Hotel was great but the breakfast buffet was a joke. They did not have any food Continental breakfast has far more than The Holiday Inn Buffet.
