Better place for pets to go to the bathroom outside. No grass. The 1 spot there was, had poison ivy right there. Fortunately my little pup is used to going potty in the rocks. Our stay was very short term.

Really great experience overall. Place is safe in the neighborhood. Convenient to fast food and Walmart. Helpful staff and real clean hotel and it was reasonable price. Only thing was that upon entering our room, toilet tissue paper was not stocked and had to ask for it at the front desk. Other than that, would recommend staying here again.

The door is incredibly flimsy which goes to the outside. The door latch didn’t work and had to jerk on it to get it to open. Everything inside is cheaply made; it looks ok but it’s creaky and cheap. Absolutely not worth it for $130.

The employees at the front desk were very friendly. Parking was inconvenient, and it was extremely rainy on the evening that we arrived. The rooms were recently renovated in my opinion, but the washcloths and towels and the mat for the floor in the bathroom had hair on it and seemed already used. The people in the rooms around us were extremely noisy. It almost seemed like they lived there. We went down for breakfast, but then realized that it closed at 9 AM and we got there about 915.

Older hotel but the rooms have been updated. Nothing major was wrong with the place but i would not stay here again. The refrigerator was barely cold and the knob was broken to make it colder. The indoor pool was barely heated. We mangaged an hour for my grandson. The pool towels were pretty much useless. The towels in the room were great. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The beds were hard. And they were not queen size like posted. They were full size. 6" makes a big difference.

The property was convenient to many points of interest such as the downtown area, Lookout Mountain and other attractions. I stayed in a newly renovated room and the staff was really pleasant. Keep in mind it is located off the highway so it could be distracting noise for some. I had a great experience.
