Built in 2023, this new home’s high beam wood ceilings and warm tones instantly immerse you in a feeling only found in a cabin in the woods. The home features a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances throughout and a dining nook that’s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with the morning sun streaming through the front windows. Adjoining the kitchen and dining nook is the lush living room with towering ceilings and gas fireplace that seamlessly flows to the patio entrance made of all-glass sliders, giving the living room a perfect indoor-outdoor feel. Stepping on to the patio you’ll find yourself on the crown jewel of Black Bear Cabin - a wrap-around porch that overlooks the rolling Blue Ridge mountains as far as the eye can see. Outfit with rocking chairs and an outdoor gas fireplace, this deck is the perfect place to begin and end your day at Black Bear Cabin. Fall asleep in the master bedroom to the sound of the swaying trees and mountain wind just outside, with a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, beautiful master bath and sliding glass doors that open to the patio. The second master has its own treehouse-styled bunk bed, perfect for the kiddos looking for a fun night’s sleep. The third and fourth bedrooms downstairs each have queen beds and walk-in closets cozily designed for rest and relaxation. The downstairs basement also features a secondary wet bar and kitchen for entertaining and a spacious den where you can look out over the mountains while watching any of your favorite streaming services on the flat screen TV. All doors lead out to the gorgeous downstairs patio that overlooks the rolling mountains. Step outside and slip into Black Bear Cabin's state of the art Four Winds steaming jacuzzi. Sip a glass of wine and look out over miles of rolling northern Georgia wilderness as the steam from the jacuzzi rises above you into the mountain air.
