Initially I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews and seeing some of the travel pics. However, when I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk. Check in was easy and fast and I was even offered cookies. The hotel grounds, lobby and elevators were clean. Upon entering my room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was modern and clean and bright (which is important to me). The pillows (which I typically hate at most hotels) were so fluffy and soft with the perfect amount of firmness. The bed was comfortable. My overall stay was a really good one. I also think that for what we paid it was more than worth it. The cookies were also good as well.

The facility was old and does not appear to be clean. Bathroom needs maintenance and room 200 smells like dogs live there. Parking is horrible.

The property overall was nice. It did get noisy with international travelers???? Food was not included with stay. Inconvenient location if you’re traveling on the interstate.

Stayed there on St Patrick’s Day; checked in late and Natasha was super kind and very helpful. Megan, the bartender, was also really great; we stopped in for a late drink after the pool and she helped us find a nice wine to enjoy.

Property could use a major remodel…terrible bathroom with old stained tile/grout. No sound proofing and noisy teens running up and down late at night. Clinging in bath was patched, but work not finished. I expected more from a Hilton property. Oh - and lousy coffee to boot.

The rooms were clean, check in was good but the lounge bar pricing was very inconsistent. Buyer beware, drinks go from $12.00 to $25.00 for the same drink depending on the day.

We loved staying here. Everything was great. Other than we had booked a king bed and once we got there, we had two double beds, but that was no big deal. All the staff we encountered was great, and the food at Route 29 was amazing

Terrible Housekeeping
They really need to get their housekeeping drpartment in order. Our shhets had nloodcstainsbon them and so, instead of changing ourvroom, someone brought up new shhets for us to remake our bed . UNACCEPTABLE. There was a gum wrapper on the rug, dust on the lamps and no soap tray in the bathroom. Thevremotecwas filthy. I intend to inform their corporate office .

Front desk staff was the worst Ive ever experienced. Had a billing problem after check out and was hung up on when I inquired about the issue 2 days later... which was in the hotel's error, not my own. I wont be booking here again.

There were minor problems with our rooms bathroom area that were an eyesore but did not affect the use of the bathroom. Pool was warm and it pleasant to be in.
