There was only one chair to sit on. There wasn’t enough room to lay suitcases down. The space for hanging clothes was very small. No soap holder in the shower for people who prefer or need to use their own soap.

Mattress was too soft and my husband was miserable, unable to sleep well. The shower floor was slick from shampoo/conditioner, could be hazardous and should be addressed with better shower floor grips for safety. The property and room were clean, however breakfast in the morning was extremely unpleasant due to a large african/america family that was rude by their overtly loud conduct. Front desk manager should have asked them to be respectful of others.

I drove 4.5 hours to get here and arrived at 1:50 pm. I was told i had to wait until 2 to go to my room or there woukd be an additional charge. So i went and filled the car with gas and returned at 2:35 pm. Then i was told that my room may or may not be ready. So i waited another 15 minutes for someone to verify that. While waiting i explained i was here for a baseball tournament and that i may need to extend my stay and that i would find out tonight.she told me she would extend it by 1 night. We won the ballgame and therefore need to extend our stay by another night so upon returning i spoke to the desk clerk and she told me she couldn't extend my stay due to me booking the room through TRIVAGO. I asked if she had availability for the 2 nights and she said yes. I then told her their has to be a way to solve this? So, finally she booked me 2 additional nights after displaying an attitude. I politely thanked her. When i got to the room i asked my wife if she mentioned to the desk clerk that we needed 2 additional nights? She said the clerk told her we had to do it in the morning. I usually stay in Belmont at the Holiday Inn Expressbut decided to try Tru because it is closer to the ballpark. I think I'll go back to the Holiday Inn Express next time. Life is just too short.

Greeted by wonderful person at front desk. There were some boys' baseball teams staying, so kind of noisy. Room was small but had all I needed. Noise from the road was noticable, but didn't cause an issue for me. Same kind person checked me out. Very nice staff!

This property was very nice and very convenient. I would say the price is very reasonable. I enjoy the comfort of this hotel and walking into the room… It smell fresh and very clean.My only downside was the parking if you come back to the room late night and you have to park in the back and you have to swipe your key card through the back door or the side doors. However, you can’t go through the front because it’s locked at a certain time. Overall, this was my first time visiting North Carolina and I enjoyed my stay 10/10

I enjoyed my stay here. It was nice. The only issue i have is there is no microwave in your room or in the lobby. You would expect a microwave as this branch is own by Hilton. Otherwise great lication, convenient to everything and readiy accessible to the highway.

Not too bad!
The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I liked. I also arrived at 2:10 pm to check in and although check in is normally at 3 pm, if requested I never have any issues checking in earlier. I had a family event that started at 3 pm and needed to get dressed. I ended up getting dressed and ready in the restroom downstairs. I was told that my room was ready after I finished getting ready which was around 2:45 pm. I’m a Hilton Rewards member so I was confused on why I couldn’t check in earlier, however I didn’t complain just did what I had to. In addition, kids were running around knocking on my yr door throughout the night. Overall, the stay was good.

Stay would've been perfect but there were teenagers running down the hall the entire night
