HAD A GREAT TIME!!
We enjoyed the cabin and being on Lake Norman was vert relaxing and it's beautiful. Would highly recommend it and would revisit in the future. Gorgeous neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Nice Get Away
We had an amazing time. My mother-in-law (82) came with us and had a fun time with easy access to the beach area and dock. My husband and I had fun with all the lake toys and fishing. My puppy had fun seeing the deer while taking walks. We will stay again when we visit the area.

The location, beach and dock is amazing! Unfortunately the cottage was tidy but alot of cobwebs, dirty windows and a very strong musty/mildew smell. The furniture could be updated also. We spent alot of our time enjoying outside on the beach and by the fire pit.

Peaceful, well appointed, clean, comfortable
Rick provided a wonderful place to stay for 3 months in the winter. He was very accommodating and easily reached. The kitchen had everything we needed. Being on the lake in a quiet neighborhood was very relaxing, but near to many restaurants and stores. Definitely would recommend this place.

We had a great time everything was like it said online I loved the heat in the bathrooms mainly the one upstairs after a good shower the lake is just beautiful didn’t have any problems except the Kuerig coffee maker didn’t work didn’t find that out till we already bought coffee and tried to make it but luckily they had another coffee maker we could use! Overall great property and stay!

We really enjoyed the home and location. The property is outstanding. I recommend bringing your own pillows and even a crockpot & storage containers for refrigeration. Bring your own life jackets too! Otherwise, wonderful! There is two adult kayaks (one tandem), two childrens and two paddle boards. Beach is so nice! Loved our stay.

Wonderful stay
House and property perfect. Lovely, convenient location!! Best lake view/location—open waters (not in stagnant cove) but not a lot of boat traffic. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely windows along entire wall of house facing lake. Everything we needed. A bit of delay with property management communication but property owner quick to respond and take care of any questions Thanks and hope to be back soon!!

Owner is GREAT!
The home is priced right and the owner is the best we have ever dealt with! The Lake view is awesome. We are hoping to come back next year. A crate is provided for your dog. Screened in porch allows you to enjoy the warm days.

Home Base for Family Memories
This property was very clean and well stocked. Others have said the pictures don’t do it justice and they are right! We used this home as a base for lots of fun and memory-making and it did not disappoint! Our stay was drama-free!

Pictures do not do it justice. This 3 bedroom cottage / house was the perfect location on Lake Norman for our end of summer family vacation. The view is stunning. Quiet woody neighborhood. We rented a boat for the week which was super easy and with the kayaks and paddle boards we spent most of the time on the Lake. The cove was excellent for swimming as well. Hopefully we will be back soon!

What an amazing week!!
I highly recommend this lake house. We had a wonderful time. We brought our boat and loved having access to the paddle boards and kayaks! The screened in porch was a def plus as you don’t have to fight bugs if you want to enjoy dinner outside. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the location on the lake is amazing! We will def be back! Thanks Rick for allowing us to stay at your house!!

Perfect location
We were very pleased with this rental. The house is in a perfect location on a calm quiet cove. The property is great for swimming and fishing. We rented boat and jetski which were perfect for the location. House has plenty of space and excellent large screened in porch.

Have stayed at many places on lake and this is by far our favorite, big cove with water deep enough to dive, nice dock and comfortable beds, what more could a person want, will be back next year.

Great space easy water access .
We enjoyed our short stay . The house had all the items you need. Shallow entry water was great for launching kayaks. Not much boat traffic. Nice walkway to dock. Private with wooded areas around house.

Mother's day at the lake
Great location, quiet, peaceful part of the lake. Enjoyed having family together, lots of chairs for any part of the property to sit back and enjoy. Grilled on the gas grill, which was excellent. Would come back next year.

Rental was great. In a quiet area. With the weather being rainy and overcast, two of our three days, exploring the area was a bit tough. The only thing I would request is more info in the book at the house on the history of the lake, where to rent boats, menus from restaurants, and so forth. Yes I know you can find this info on your phone or computer but having at my finger tips means someone has tried it and is worth the trip. The house itself was clean, beds were comfy, and all was nice.

Nice rustic cottage in very nice cove on the lake. Dock was large enough to rent a 22ft tritoon boat
Nice screened porch where we enjoyed our meals. Kitchen adequate to stay in and cook to avoid vacation crowds. Nice cove for swimming.

Excellent setting and sparkling clean!
My family of seven stayed for the week. We rented a boat that we docked at the property. 2 Small kayaks and 2 paddle boards were nice amenities. We brought kayaks with us too and were out in the lake every day. Swimming off dock and playing on the beach area were kid favorites. Fire pit was nice and was even supplied with wood for the first use. Kitchen and bathrooms well supplied.
