Tres décevant, service inacceptable pour le prix
Nouvel hôtel qui n’a pas trouvé ses marques: -service de voiturier horrible (30’ d attente un matin) -restauration (Deans) débordée -du personnel en nombre (ex accueil ou restaurant) mais soit inefficace ou incompétent (mention speciale pour les hôtesses du Deans qui pensent d avantage à parler entres elles que de s occuper des clients) -chambre moderne mais fenêtres minuscules - incroyable pour le prix. En résumé : une fois et plus jamais

This is probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are absolutely gorgeous. I had a corner room...I think we got upgraded.

Valet parking is the best option at uptown hotels in Charlotte. There are also privately owned parking garages all around, but they are not connected to or affiliated with the hotels. The hotel rooms are really nice, the view from the 18th floor is pretty decent with the city lights at night. Valet parking during the stay was about 45 dollars at night come and go as you please. Self parking was around 30 dollars maximum I think, but you gotta pay every time you leave the parking lot, so if you plan to go in and out look into valet. The pool closes at 8 and there is no room service if you get hungry late late at night. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

Salman, thank you for joining us while in Charlotte and thank you for sharing your experience. Valet parking at most Uptown hotels is 48 and there are several parking garages that are not affiliated or connected to the hotel on the surrounding blocks. As you mentioned valet allows for in and out access for a flat price while the private garages are 26 after the first 3 hours without in and out access. As a solid tip we recommend departing the private garages prior to 8am as they reset the daily 26 fee at 5am.

We did not like the parking garage being so far away from the hotel. If we did not use valet parking, it was extremely difficult getting our luggage from our car to the hotel due to our age. The hotel is very expensive.

It is owned by the adjacent bank, but our team is always on the front driveway to valet your vehicle providing a continent option for arrival and departure.
