Check in was seamless. The room was clean and accommodating. I have stayed at this location several times when I’m in town visiting my family. I will return again.

Very bad customer experience with the staff. Booked the hotel as they listed to have EV charging but it didn’t work. We forgot a jacket and realized we left it in the room after 2 hours of checking out. Called the hotel multiple times front desk kept saying room is not cleaned yet please call tomorrow. After repeated follow up of 3 days they said we don’t find it. Will not recommend anyone staying here.

We had a great stay for our daughter’s birthday. The staff was so nice and AJ made sure we were accommodated with our room and the service. He let us know about the restaurants in the area and upgraded us when our original booked room was unavailable. The breakfast was kinda lacking and the sink had a draining issue but all in all it was great.

We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much to Katie for making sure we got accommodated, even though we came past midnight already and were told there were "overbooking" issues. We originally booked one room with 2 king size beds but were told it was given away. Katie called other partner hotels to try to book us but was declined. After minutes of scouring through computer records, she found us 2 rooms and we were comfortably accommodated. Thank you, thank you! Plus, Charlotte is such a beautiful city! Totally worth our time and resources. :)

No hand soap or towels in the room, was told by front desk there weren’t any clean towels left. Room was dirty, food on floor from previous guests and hair left in the bathroom. Would never stay here again.

Property is really nice. It looks renewed and very comfortable. Service was awful. The worst experience I have ever had. Room of 4 , 2 adults 2 kids only two towels. Asked for more at 9am, nobody ever delivered them. Shower wasn't heating up and couldn't get it to come out from the main shower head. They never made our room, with bathroom damped because of shower. Next room had trash on the door that was never picked up. I would recommend the facilities only if they change all their service.

arrived friday night and the lobby smelled of wet dog. the facility was dog friendly however it was non stop barking the entire weekend. requested towels, rags and a floor mat for the bathroom and nothing was available until sunday night. staff had no answers for why things wasn’t stocked or when it was going to be stocked. the famous excuse was there under new management

I wanted to let you know of our horrible experience. We had reservations for a two night stay. We got there and were told there were no rooms available! How does that happen? This is a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional and unacceptable. Especially when if we had canceled we would have not gotten our money back. Therefore that room should be ours no matter when we check in or if we don’t check in at all. It was not right that we had nowhere to stay and had to drive around and call other hotels to find somewhere else.

Visiting in the area and came in off the street to get a room , Night manager said nothing avalable , we go to expedia and book a room at same facility go back in hotel to check in and Voilaa there is a room available , then the people behind is walk in off the street and get a room as well. Staff seem to hold / hide rooms for personal use or gain. Not a good check in experience . Also not all the room outlets and power ports worked .
