The property was clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. Shops and grocery stores were less than a half a mile away. We were able to park in the driveway. The only draw back was the construction site next door and lack of access to bathroom linens.

We had a great experience! I would highly recommend staying here. Very clean and a great set up for our family. Chad was amazing and very informative. He let us know of a power outage on the area on our way there and followed up to make sure it was back on. We have family and friends in the area and we will definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything Chad!

The house is beautiful and really clean. Perfect location- quiet, yet close to stores, restaurants, etc. Chad was quick to respond and really kind and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here- we absolutely loved it. It was a really easy commute to Elevation Church, too. Such a blessing- God is good!

We liked the property. It would have gotten 5 stars with these few minimal improvements 1- The windows and doors (4) that look directly into the kitchen and living room have no window coverings . This is in a busy area so it's definitely needed. 2- There should be a location in the shower for soap and shampoo , not a pint container filled w/ various soaps from the past 4 guests. A bar of soap and a travel size shampoo would be nice as well3- As with most rental situations there's a Keurig type coffee maker, surprisingly we found no coffee .

Even though the house is charming and has potential it was not put together well for a vacation rental type home. I just feel the owner could do more to make the home more comfortable and efficient. The house was not clean, the beds were sloppy, the cabinets and drawers were dirty, the outside table and chairs were very dusty. There wasn’t curtains or blinds on the windows in the kitchen/dining area. The area rugs were dirty, the couch was very uncomfortable. But the owner was gracious and let us check in early and the location was convenient.

Great place to stay. Close to Harris Teeter and Starbucks. Easy drive to Downtown Belmont and to Macadenville for Christmas events.
