Welcome to our home in the heart of picturesque Small Town USA Belmont, NC just outside the Big City of Charlotte.



Enjoy your private pool, sprawling yard, and sipping/chilling/grilling on the patio in the Carolina sun. Relax and catch an afternoon snooze on the hammock. You deserve it!



Only a short walk to downtown's restaurants and shopping along with a little exercise around the corner at our pickle ball/tennis courts & Davis Park. A day at the White Water Center? 12 min drive up the road!



The Space:

Enjoy the fully fenced in yard for pets & privacy, lounging by the 26,000 gallon pool (That pricing is available to heat if you wish), the two KING Beds, grilling out on the deck, or making s’mores with friends and family by the Solo Stove fire pit. Plenty of shade provided with umbrellas then during nightfall illuminate the property with the Edison lights that line the deck and back yard. Plenty of stars to be seen outside the city as well! You may lose track of time laughing and hanging out until late.



The property is well maintained and manicured. There is a comfortable easy going vibe with this house and neighborhood. Overall, you will notice that down town Belmont is one of the cutest you’ve ever seen! Highly recommend visiting and exploring the restaurants and getting drinks at multiple spots.



Parking in driveway for up to 4-5 vehicles along with street parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with serving platters, bowls, plates, cooking utensils, etc... No worries there for hosting and for a longer term stay :)



There are multiple areas and desks where remote work can be accomplished. Even when not spending time by the pool the house is inviting and spacious for kicking back inside comfortably. Laundry available on-site. The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa and the house includes a cot for additional places to sleep. The house also has a high chair, pack and play, and child gate as needed.



Our family adores this residence so please enjoy and treat with care. We are looking forward to you making great memories here with your family and friends. This is truly a gem!



Other Things to Note:

We require the guest that booked the house to sign a rental agreement agreeing to our house rules.



We do charge an additional fee to heat the pool. If you’re interested in having the pool heated, please reach out.
