I only stayed for one night but the staff was very helpful. The dining area was kept clean. The room was spacious and I felt safe as a solo traveler.

Mark at the front desk was a pleasure to speak with while we were checking in. I will say if you are booking this room because it has a bedroom door, consider another option. The hotel has been renovated and they removed all those doors.

We came here for an overnight visit to Charlotte. The room was clean for the most part. There was not any sheets or blankets on the pullout sofa but we called down to the front desk and she came up right away. Breakfast was ok. Not a big breakfast fan but the kids liked it. Eggs, gravy, sausage, biscuits and waffles, cerals and juices. The overall stay was great!! Will stay here again when we come back for carowinds in a couple weeks.

Property was clean and room was very spacious. There once was a hot tub, seen in old pictures and still has signage to the spa...but, no longer. Pool was nice, but not very warm. Staff were great, breakfast was perfect.

From the time we were greeted at check in, to the time we left, we received nothing but the best treatment. David at the front desk and Vinnie host at the “happy hour” treated us like old friends, although this was our first stay at this hotel. It was a great experience. We will definitely stay here on any and all return trips to the area.

Really nice room and facility. The room was very spacious with a separate living and kitchen area, great layout. My only complaint was the really loud ice maker on the floor. Otherwise it was perfect.

All of our towels and wash cloths were stained. The sink was linking and broken, the shower was dirty and something that my daughter touched, gave her a rash or hives of some sort. Staff was very kind. But we will not stay here again. Our room smelled like weed all night and everything was just dirty.

On arrival there were no baggage carts!! Room was nice but needed updating and seemed worn!! No ice machine on fifth floor!! Staff seems short handed! We had another group that we met there and they had issues with their reservation!! They only had one day reserved but had asked for two!! Caused a lot of anxiety!!

Expedia needs to update this listing. They took out their Hottub 2 weeks before we stayed there and that is the reason we chose this location. Other than that the beds were comfy, breakfast was good and we don't have any other complain other than our room was just outside the ice machine and others socialized around it late at night :-( Yes we would stay there again as long as we didn't plan to use the Hottub (2nd night of our travels & wanted this).

The facility was nice and the staff were pleasant but, they have the poorest housekeeping by far! I stayed from Monday-Friday and housekeeping never came by. I had to go get towels and bath clothes twice and my trash was never emptied. I even requested housekeeping and they still never came by.
