« The view from the deck high in the mountains is incredible. The location is amazing and close to all the main beaches. The house has everything you want and need. Close also to local markets. Definitely would stay here again. Does need some updating, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again! Perfect place to stay, location is everything! »

The pictures do not capture the great amenities of this place which include a 3 level open air concept, a private pool, two comfortable bedrooms with AC, and a short walk to Cruz Bay. « Stayed here with friends in July of 2025. Felt like it was a bit risky since there weren’t a lot of reviews yet, but this place exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Amazing views, perfect pool, and immaculately cleaned. It’s a little off the beaten path but very easy to get to. Only ten minutes to red hook for dining options and ten minutes to beautiful sapphire beach. Amazing stay and we’ll be back! »

« Perfect "home base" for our week in St. John. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you'd need to prepare breakfast daily and then pack a cooler for a day at the beach. « We had a great stay. A little snafu upon check in- the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the property manager rectified it quickly. Appreciate the prompt responses of the property manager and the unit was clean and ready for us in about 45 minutes. Super cute villa and VERY convenient. « The property is amazing; Zach had the manager meet us at the house for check in and a tour. He gave us suggestions for places to go/eat. He had a driver pick us up from airport and then we had the same driver take us to a local beach. We walked to the ferry in the morning to ferry over to BVI. Beautiful, beautiful property! »
