The Space: Our spacious home, ‘The Red Robin (Suite C)’, is a newly renovated and refurbished 2 bedrooms, 1 œ bathroom carriage house. It is the perfect place for smaller groups of 4-5 looking to stay somewhere centrally located while having their own private space to come home to. The space has a bright, open layout with a modern farmhouse design. Throughout the unit, you will find hardwood floors, exposed beams, marble countertops, brand-new appliances, trendy light fixtures, and modern furnishings/design.

The property features


A Fenced-In Yard with Outdoor Seating. Upon arrival, guests will make a walk along the driveway and through the back gate into the private fenced-in yard. Guests can soak up the warm weather and ocean breeze while enjoying a meal, reading a book, or catching some rays in this spacious, grassy area. Here you will find plenty of outdoor seating including a round dining table with 2 matching wicker chairs, as well as a square table with 4 chairs.

A stylish living room/lounge space with dining. Once through the private entrance and inside, guests will arrive in the open living room/lounge space that is certain to make you feel right at home. The lounge space has an open, modern farmhouse design and features a coat rack/shoe shelf, a large charcoal grey sofa, a rattan area rug, a circular coffee table, 2 accent chairs with an ottoman between, a ceiling fan, and a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall above a stylish console table with an industrial style table lamp. Along the wall of the staircase is a dining table for two featuring distressed wicker dining chairs.

A fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating. The kitchen, open the living room, boasts brand new stylish cabinetry, marble countertops, and new fixtures. It comes fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and stove-top. Basic cookware, a coffeemaker, a toaster, a microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage are all provided to make guests feel right at home. Two bar stools lined along the back side of the large kitchen island, make this the perfect spot for enjoying a home-cooked meal together. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the corner closet of the kitchen for guests' use as needed. The half bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen under the staircase and features brand-new plumbing, fixtures, and lighting.

2 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. The bedrooms are both located up one flight of stairs on the 2nd floor. The 1st bedroom, located toward the front side of the house, features a plush queen-sized bed with a tufted headboard, a bedside table with a lamp, an accent chair, a large closet, a ceiling fan, a luggage rack, a large closet, a wall mirror, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall above a small wooden dresser. The full bathroom, located in the hall between the 2 bedrooms, has brand-new tile flooring, stone sink countertops, chic lighting, new fixtures, and a large glass stand-up shower. The 2nd bedroom, located at the back side of the house, features a memory foam king-sized bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a large double door closet, a luggage rack, a wall mirror, a fabric rocking chair, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV atop a large dresser.

Great Unit in Great Location

This was a great place to stay. Once booked the owners reached out to see if we had any questions. Prior to our arrival we received the security code for the door as promised and there were no access issues. The space was clean and appears to have been a recent remodel. It had all of the amenities we would need and the full kitchen was a bonus. The upstairs bedrooms and bath were nice. It is only a few blocks from King St. where you can catch the free CARTA #211 DASH free bus that brings you all the way down King St. and to Broad St., the waterfront, and N. Market where the City Market is located. The #30 bus stop (pay bus) is right across the street which will bring you to a mall with a Target if needed. The yard adjacent to the unit was very private which was nice. Highly recommended.

First trip to Charleston!

Sweet stay! Place is perfect for a couple, photos accurate. Cute little private courtyard area with fence. About 5 blocks from King street so was very handy for restaurants. Neighborhood very safe. Do check out place across the street in the residential area called Pink Cactus. Excellent Mexican food and margaritas! We got around the city on the free DASH bus system and saw all the sights in 3 days. Perfect getaway!

Second Stay Here Even Better!!!

This was our second time staying in this rental property, and somehow they managed to make it more wonderful than we remembered! The location is absolutely perfect and the rental property is beautifully maintained, clean, quiet, and lacking nothing. Communication with the manager was pleasant efficient and made us feel special. Some of our favorite restaurants in Charleston are within easy walking distance! Once again, this was the perfect home for any kind of length of stay, and we hope that we can be back here soon to enjoy & make more Charleston memories!!

Terrific BFF long weekend

Overall, the unit was exactly what we wanted: perfect amount of space for 2, small yard for outdoor space, comfortable beds, full kitchen, comfy sofa and walking distance to King St and French Quarter. Just 2 things to note: the umbrella for the outdoor table was broken and needs to be replaced. And, something wasn’t right with the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. It operated just fine, but when it was flushed it would make a loud, high pitched noise and vibrate against the floor and wall. This would persist for 70 seconds or more. Wry strange and very loud, so much so we didn’t use the bathroom upstairs when the other was sleeping as it would have woken the other person. It would be terrible if the toilet broke during someone’s stay. It should be repaired or replaced very soon. All This said, we both agreed we would gladly stay in this unit again.

Fantastic rental and location!!

Great location a few blocks away from Kings Street. Property was very clean, fully stocked with cooking necessities and quiet neighborhood at night. We had plenty of towels to last 2 days and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. I will definitely book this again. Also..if looking for a place to eat dinner, we found a fantastic Italian restaurant a few blocks away on Kings Street called Mario's.

Just a short stay

We loved our stay at our Stay Duvet unit. The unit was decorated really tastefully with a nice vibe. Very nice accommodations. The beds were comfortable, shower was wonderful and the unit had everything we needed. We only stayed for 3 nights so that we could see the sights in Charleston and enjoy the restaurants. Pros: Easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Off the street, private, and quiet. Beautiful finishes in bathroom and kitchen. W/D were great to have. Comfy beds! Cons: No parking on site
Be prepared to pay $20-30 everyday when you leave parking garage, which is about a 1/2mile walk away. No ceiling fan in main bedroom, and rules state A/C can’t be set below 70, so it got too warm. A box fan would be beneficial for the room.

Great way to experience Charleston

Red Robin C, great for our girls trip. Short walk to King Street
(food & shopping)! The “apartment” is just as pictured. We were very happy!!!! The outdoor space was great for evening chats! Heads up on the parking. We were able to park on the street a few hours each day. However, overnight or extended time periods require public parking. About a 10 min walk and we paid $78 for three nights. That being said, we are still happy we chose Red Robin!

Absolutely Perfect

We came down for a long weekend in Charleston. Everything about this home is first rate and well thought out. Even better, almost no outside noise to disturb your sleep, and yet close access to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. 100%. We will be staying here for our next visit to Charleston!

Cute red house,

Well this rental was perfect! The kitchen was equipped with everything that was needed, plenty of soap, paper towels and coffee. The rooms were clean and the linens were of good quality. Both beds were very comfortable! Two bathrooms were a plus. The only thing that needs replacing in my opinion is the sofa, it’s seen its better day. The yard is great, we sat there in the evening with an adult beverage! Now on to the location. It’s close to the action, but far enough away from King street. On Spring street there’s a bakery that’s called Baguette Magic, it’s delicious. Across the street and toward King street is a restaurant called Bistronomy by Nico, it’s very good. Excellent food and great service. Enjoyed our stay!

TV

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 
.location, clean, nicely furnished kitchen, responsiveness of staff. Only complaint is TV in master bedroom. The screen would “go black” frequently with no volume and then come back on. Very strange because the other 2 TVs worked fine. When we contacted Stay duvet someone promptly came however the TV did not demonstrate the “black out”
of course! Anyway it started doing it again. Wondering if a wire/connection issue with that TV?? Thanks

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a wonderful experience in this 5 star place in a great location for exploring all Charleston has to offer. Easily walk to all the hot spots around town. Carriage house was well laid out (2 floors), wonderfully designed with fresh, modern updates, and fully equipped. Rare outdoor space was amazing and so charming. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. All information was right at my fingertips. Only minor knocks would be: just one full bath although there is a half bath downstairs and no off-street parking. Bonus: partnership with The Wonderer for gym and pool access. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this fabulous stay.

Amazing Location!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights with our 1 year old. It was exactly what we expected and needed for our family. The location was amazing and we walked everywhere during our stay.
