Perfect Charleston Getaway! One level, no stairs. Located on James Island which is situated evenly between Downtown Charlestons attractions and restaurants or enjoy Folly Beach with its total Island feel with entertainment and restaurants. Come home to your comfy condo with 2 bedrooms each having its own full bathroom attached. Relax in the comfort of the living room or enjoy the completely enclosed 6’ privacy fenced back yard. If you like to walk their is an amazing walking path around the entire complex with the beauty of trees, ponds with fountains and several resting spots to enjoy the tranquility of it all. Our condo is very well done and equipped for you to prepare most meals, we try to make sure we have all cookware and utensils needed. 2 private parking spots side by side in the driveway in front of condo. Enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Great host, clean, comfy and relaxing. I loved having my coffee each morning on the patio and then a short walk on the nature path behind the house. Location is convenient to Folly Beach and downtown. There’s a Publix less than 5 minutes away to get food and supplies. Really a great place!

We had an amazing week stay. We truly are grateful to have stayed in such a quaint and peaceful setting. From the time we walked in the door, we knew we'd be at home. Even our pups enjoyed playing the fenced in back yard. They especially enjoyed taking walks down the walking path right outside the property. All the sites, destinations and restaurants we wanted to see were easily 30min or less drive. The condo had everything we needed plus more for our stay and the accommodations were above our expectations. Definitely the cleanest and best in comfort and quiet neighborhood we have ever vacationed at.

Location was perfect for our stay and activities we had booked. Communication was perfect. Never had to wait on a response. Place was clean and beautiful. Even had a nice outside backyard area. We didn’t get to utilize the kitchen as we were always out. Walmart up the street for your convenience. Highly recommend! This was our first visit to this area. Would definitely visit again.

The property met all expectations. We were super comfortable and the location was convenient. The scenic walk path was an added bonus! We were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated for Christmas with a present beneath the tree. This was a particularly warm and welcome touch as we were spending Christmas away from home. There was a minor plumbing issue but this was addressed as soon as we reported it. I recommend this property and host without hesitation.

If you are looking for a central location between Charleston and Folly Beach, this is the place. Provides all the amenities. I could have lived in the on-suite shower. Nice walking area around property. 15-20 minutes to city and beach

The place was very clean, looked as pictured, and had all that we needed for a great stay. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The location was perfect...close to the beach, downtown, park and loved the walking path right out the back gate. Charlene was quick to respond and was great to work with as I prepared to come. I look forward to staying again and have also sent the listing to other family members to use when they visit.

The property was very clean and had a good amount of kitchen supplies, although it didn't have shampoo or conditioner. The location was perfect for getting to the middle of Charleston and Folly Beach by car. The neighbors were very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We would recommend this property.

My family of 3 and two dogs had an awesome visit to James Island for Fall Break. This condo was clean, comfortable, safe and conveniently located. The fenced in yard was great, the kitchen well appointed and the beds were just right. The location is perfect - super central to Folly or downtown and the neighborhood was really nice. Would totally recommend this to people with kids or dogs - we can’t wait to come back!

We got a call for my husband’s liver transplant at MUSC and had to find a rental for 6 weeks in the high tourist time of summer and quickly! We were SO blessed to have found this condo. It was easy access to MUSC/downtown and also out to Folly if you’re looking for the beach! We were able to bring our dogs with the lovey private fenced yard. The owner was so accommodating, kind and took a real interest in my husband’s needs to recover. The neighborhood was safe and nice. Top notch furnishings (appliances are so nice!), CLEAN. Wouldn’t know it’s pet friendly by looking around! It was a true miracle experience and we will definitely be booking again for what I assume will be many follow up check ins for my husband. I would book this for something FUN too, hopefully! Comfortable beds. I couldn’t recommend more. There were so many extras that many owners don’t provide like nice little deodorants, soaps, etc. loved the bedding, so cozy. This place will forever be in our hearts as where my husband and all of us started a new miraculous chapter. THANK YOU and God Bless.
