NEW LISTING! This 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom rental that was built in 2019. Newer construction is very rare for downtown Charleston so stay in one of the newest rentals in the area! All bedrooms have En-suite baths and TVs. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is a second story balcony for relaxing outside and an on-site parking space. The neighborhood is a wonderful mix of residential and commercial allowing for restaurants, shops and restaurants to be an easy walk away! Come stay at one of the best rental Downtown Charleston has to offer!

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

The house was beautiful and very clean! Loved the little porch off the 2nd floor master bedroom where we watched the sunset. The ac went out the 2nd day, but the owners promptly got someone out to fix it ASAP

This home is amazing - 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms everything is new and clean. Loved the porch off the bedroom. Neighborhood felt completely safe - cute coffee shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. It does get a little loud with traffic and sirens (being close to the hospital) but we were aware of this and it was not an issue for us at all. The parking is definitely tight as mentioned in the listing but we have a large SUV that did just fine. Really liked being able to park in the garage. We are in Charleston often and would 100% rent this property again.

This house is as advertised. Like new condition. Super comfortable. Great linens! Very well appointed throughout. Cleanliness could not have been better, great job. Within 2-3 blocks walking to a few great restaurants. Parking is very tight, but my Suburban did fit. The only negative is the road noise
 but I live in the country where I’m used to silence, so maybe a little sensitive. Overall, this is a super-clean, great house.

House was exactly as advertised. Very clean with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were vey comfortable. The property had onsite parking for two cars, but entry into the garage was very tight. It would not work for large vehicles. The neighborhood varied by block. This property was not on the nicest block, but felt perfectly safe. We easily walked to King Street.The only real issue we had during our stay was the internet did not work and the property management responded to our concerns, but made no progress fixing the situation. We just used cell service for our devices, but we were unable to watch TV/movies, which we had planned to do with our teenager at night.
