Loft On The Marsh

Enjoy a quiet experience at this centrally-located place on James Island! Only 10 minutes to Folly Beach and Historic Downtown Charleston. This clean and brand new build, offers a private Mother-in-Law suite and parking.
The space
This space offers a separate entrance with an outside shower below stairs so you can wash off after the beach. When you enter into the front, there is a living area with seating and small kitchen needs. Spacious bathroom and bedroom as well.
Guest access
Please feel free to come anytime after check in at night that is completely okay, (as it is a separate entrance).

We are located at 988 A - our neighbors are 988. This can sometimes be quite confusing, but we are right next door. You will be looking for the newer home that is raised.
When you turn in, the driveway goes down a little hill and you would just pull straight forward and park where the sign says “guest parking”. Next to the driveway is a walkway that will lead you directly to the stairs of the guest apartment
Other things to note
Unit has separate entrance; but still connected to the main home.

We do have 3 young children and a dog.
