« My friends and I all wished that we could have stayed longer at this lovely secluded home in the country. It was so quiet, sitting on the swing under a huge old oak tree, looking over a field of wildflowers and hearing the wind chime's mellow song when a soft breeze blew. The house was very well cared for with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 2 downstairs bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms. « There were mice droppings under the hide a bed, the Internet was nonexistent, not spotty, the door stuck on the front porch, we killed a very large roach in the bedroom, and the air conditioner in the living room was extremely loud. »

« This house is fantastic! Michael and Jeanie have done a wonderful job of keeping its historic charm, while also updating the main areas. The kids were intrigued by the "big box with a screen in it" (console TV/radio cabinet) and the laundry chute on the second floor.There was enough room (and then some) for our group of seven adults and four kids. « While the pictures are beautiful, they don’t do the farm justice! From the fantastic response times to the hosts, to the drive in greeted by donkeys, horses and other neighbor animals, to the beautiful decor and charm of the house, I can’t recommend this place enough! It was wonderful bonding with the family over the Firepit. The “bunkhouse” as we called it, was perfect to accommodate our four teenagers. We will be back! »
