You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place! This four bedroom home is situated on a large lot with huge trees very near downtown Brenham - less than a mile! Enjoy the large outdoor fire pit area under the historic Cypress trees or lounge in the stylish kitchen and dining room! Perfect for families or large groups. Come and enjoy all that Brenham has to offer!

Clean, modern, comfy!

We were 5 friends who stayed together while attending a conference. The location was great and everything was easy. Close to grocery store & restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Check in and check out were a breeze and our hosts were very responsive.I would totally stay here again.

Lovely home in Brenham

The property was newly renovated and had all the necessities for our stay. The home is located on a busy road, but the listing was unclear as to its exact location. We were early risers, but this could be a bit problematic for those wanting to sleep past 6am because traffic gets noisy after that time. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice. We didn't really cook or use the kitchen much, but it had everything that anyone would need to make a meal. It also had a coffee bar with all the necessary items, including the coffee! That was very much appreciated. Included is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, although we did not use it during our stay. The home wasn't dirty, but there were a few items that had been overlooked by the cleaning crew like the fridge and baseboards. Overall, it is a lovely little home that is comfortable for the whole family and a good value for the price.

Great house and pet friendly

Nice centrally located home that allowed us to bring our three small dogs over the holidays. Even had a cute Christmas tree set up to make it feel festive. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable family getaway

This home was incredibly comfortable. The a/c worked great, the bedrooms were cozy and although it may seem small at first glance it was more than enough space for 4 adults and 6 kids. The back yard is huge and the fire pit is nice (I would recommend bringing some chairs for this though). There is a small carport to keep most of your vehicle out of the sun that came in handy during this hot summer. We were only minutes away from the Blue Bell factory as well as the Blue Bell aquatic center. HEB and Walmart as well as pharmacies and restaurants were all less than 10 minutes away. Great location. Would absolutely visit again.

Attending a Wedding

We had a nice stay in Brenham. This house is located close to downtown Brenham which has some great food/hangout options. We had 8 adults stay comfortably in this 4 bedroom house. Candace was quick to respond and gave great advice for places to eat! Thanks for a great stay.

Destination Wedding

Chappel Hill House is a sweet little ranch style home. It served our purpose as a place the bride's family to stay while preparing for and attending the wedding. Drawbacks: it is in an older neighborhood on a VERY busy street. Parking is available for multiple cars, but it is not easy to maneuver on and off the street. The beds are new foam mattresses with no box springs and are low to the floor. Dogs are welcome, but the yard is not secure. Finally, only one key for the house. No electronic entry.

Charmed Confetti Round Top Spring 2024

3 crafters getting together with our friends to do the Round Top. We had a blast staying together all in one spot! Lots of laughter, shopping, friendship building, crafting, eating, and all the things! Sooo much fun! Just wish there was 2 full baths and 2 half baths that were listed. There were only the 2 full bathrooms.

Perfect for Bigger Groups

Our family of 8 stayed here and it was lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked with the dishes that we needed and there were lots of towels in the bathrooms. Our group was split on the comfort of the mattresses, but I loved them! The property was a very short distance from downtown Brenham. We also enjoyed the firepit and friendly felines that roamed the property. The driveway was big enough for two large trucks and a small SUV. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

My business partner and I booked this stay for the last part of our Round Top trip. The house was on a busy loud street. Stray dogs and cats in back yard. Trash piled up in carport. We left early.

Wonderful mini staycation

We loved the property and had a wonderful time. The home was so cute and inviting and the yard with the fire pit was absolutely perfect!. The only reason I gave the 3 stars for accuracy on listing is because the listing says 2 full baths and 2 half baths but there are only 2 full baths. Other than that we loved the place!

American Junior Red Brangus Association National Cattle Show

This was the perfect location for our large family to stay in for the AJRBA Show. Plenty of sleeping areas. It was a quick, direct trip to and from the cattle barn on the very hot days. Covenant to everything we needed. Plenty of hot water and linens to shower when getting in from a hot day at the barn. We were not fans of the TV system (complicated and could not get local info) but Wi-Fi worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

We came for a softball tournament and had plenty of beds for everyone! House is nicely updated and decorated. Perfect space for what we needed and Candace was quick to respond to questions!
