Pour ne pas être déçu par la Navette aéroport dr Wingate, il faut savoir que : Elle part aux heures rondes de l’hôtel, SI il y a un client à amener à IAD, ou qui a demandé un pick-up Donc elle passe vers H+15 /20 au Pick-up, si vous avez appelé. Wingate est un bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly and helpful staff, be it the receptionist (Mohammed) or be it the cleaning lady from El Salvador in the common area. There are the hotel's main assets. Rooms are ok, but confort of bathroom so and so (door wouldn't close properly - room 229). Well located, close to Dulles airport.

Une grande satisfaction
Un hôtel quasi parfait avec un grand confort et propre. C'est la grande satisfaction. L'accueil a été super . Merci pour leur aide. Piscine est une très belle option. Prix très raisonnable.

We had to change rooms three times because there were bodily fluid stains on the first two beds and the second room had hair in one bed and nasty brown stains in the other bed. The third room we finally stayed in because it was late and we were exhausted. There was hair in that bed and a roach crawling on the floor in the bathroom. There were also nasty stains on the couch. Would not choose to stay here again. The staff was very helpful and had good customer service. That was the only plus to this stay.

The hotel is fine but they need better maintenance. They have automatic blinds that don’t work. We thought ours were stuck up and called the front desk. They said they would send maintenance up. After 45 minutes, no one came. We called again and they said it would be at least another 45 minutes. We wanted to take showers because we had to leave early the next day. We finally figured out that someone else had used string to tie them to stay up. This showed that others had this problem and the hotel doesn’t do good quality checking. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this hotel many times and this was the first issue we’ve had here.

I checked in my room noticed toilet was full of water had a pee flushed toilet it backed up and water all over bathroom floor asked for new room agent at front desk said hotel full cannot do anything no maintenance till tomorrow morning I asked for plunger was given so had to plunge toilet several times it finally was ok. Bedroom curtain was broken or electric opener broken could not open curtain the whole 4 days it was pitch dark complained to front desk manager and others on front desk promised to fix did nothing left plunger in room no one ever came to fix toilet or curtain after me asking 4 days in a row.

Nice and clean, little noisy at the time as the hotel was quite full and we get room on 2nd floor close to reception. Also on the second day of our stay a school bus arrived late evening. Kids were all around in the lobby till late night and early morning next day, a kind of disturbance to other travelers. The best thing was the airport shuttle service they provide every hour from 7am-10pm. They give complementary shuttle service to airport as well as metro station and Hazy air and space museum too. Over all good experience.

Was not quite what we were expecting. The exterior would provide an impression that the hotel had been recently updated, but that was NOT the case upon entering the room. Lobby was extremely warm, we turned the AC down to 65 in the room and it never got cool. Walk in shower was nice, but very old and the tile in the bath seemed molded but it would not clean up so it was something that has set into the tile over time. Just didn't live up to what we had hoped.

Temperature was over 90 degrees during the day and the a/c wasn’t working so the room was very warm. I told the front desk staff at night, by 11pm, about a/c not working. He told me to just adjust the knobs and it will work. I told him that I‘ve tried that already and it is not working. He came to my room and did the same thing which is nothing and said it is working. He wasn’t willing to change the room and keep saying a/c is working. I ended up sweating all night and struggle with the noise of a/c fan running all night cause the temperature wasn’t coming down. Next day I complained to other staff and someone came and replaced the a/c. Next night, some other guests are at the lobby and making loud noise by about 6 of them talking and laughing at 1am and that same male staff doesn’t do anything. Ad I was not able to sleep well cause of the temperature I was very tired. I called the front dest and he said he will do something but the noise was keep going for more than 30 minutes and finally stopped. I would not stay at this place again. Very unprofessional staff. Oh also when I walk up to front dest to talk to them they are always on their cell phone don’t even care if I am there or not. I had to knock on the counter to catch their attention. Very poor service.

Everything was fine. I stopped here after a long flight home so it was just to sleep for the night. My only complaint is the shower smelled a little musty.

The property outside has a small man-made creek or lake with a beautiful nature walk and view. Inside the hotel it is very clean in the lobby and rooms. However, the breakfast was not good. I don't eat pork, so I was not sure if the sausage was edible for me. Although I was told it was okay to eat. And the hot tub was broken. It was hot; however, the jets were broken.

Overall the stay was fine. Not getting clean towels and the trash taken out unless you request it every day is questionable. I know it's all about cutting costs, but give me a break. Fresh towels and trash removal is not too much to ask. Hotel is kept clean and neat,staff was nice. Breakfast is waffles,toast,cereal,muffins, eggs and sausage. Some fresh fruit is available,coffee,tea,juice.
