Amazing first experience in Chania! We had a wonderful stay, and everything made our visit even more special. A lovely place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Chania. Would definitely love to come back!

This property is so convenient for exploring old town Chania. Everything is at your doorstep. Great communication for our late hour arrival with easy check-in. Room presentation was immaculate.

We were completely in LOVE with this little hotel. Whole hotel has maybe 5-6 rooms, each unique and decorated beautifully. The receptionist, Christina, was SUPERERB. I was texting her through WhatsApp 2 weeks before our trip with different questions, and she was both pleasant and timely with responses. On top of that, our room was incredible. Clean, excellent decor, functional, and attached private rooftop patio and hot tub were INCREDIBLE. Nestled in the heart of Old Town, just steps away from anything you could need - restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, the waterfront. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Spot was clean and very well put together. Plenty of amenities and the price was a steal. Good deal already and the discount from expedia even better. While i didnt see any daily staff other than the housekeeper, they were quick to respond to any requests even in the ealry early morning when i was locked out of the room.

Check in was easy and communication with Christina was effortless through WhatsApp. Room was nice and clean towel service always available. We love the patio and jacuzzi. Just be careful coming out of the jacuzzi and shower as everything will be super slippery. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle and there is lots of shops, restaurant and a super market just around the corner. There are beaches in walking distance and the port is just around the corner. It’s a cozy and perfect spot to stay we love the hotel so much that we stayed in for a move and jacuzzi night. It is super romantic for couples. Really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the lovely and spacious room, which was a highlight throughout. The staff (Christina) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The only downside I can mention is the terrace shade setup. It would have been nice if it could be removed, as we were eager to enjoy the sun whenever it appeared. A parasol might have been a better option, as the current shade blocks the sunlight more than expected. Overall, a fantastic room and a very pleasant stay.

The perfect end to our honeymoon holiday. Christina the host was amazing answered any questions we had and was very friendly. We had room 5 which was the top floor with roof top terrace and hot tub. Well decorated and pretty room. We truly had an amazing stay.

The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access.

We had a great stay here. The property was even nicer than expected. It was clean and had a great patio. The location is very central to everything in the old city. The team had great communication.

Very clean and accessible in the heart of Old Chania . Plenty of places to eat , shopping and a 20 minute walk to the local beach . The host was always available via WhatsApp and helpful . Highly recommended.

It’s okay, but definitely not worth the price I paid. The room was incredibly clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, the room advertised as a Junior Suite was, in reality, little more than a basic room. The bathroom and shower were tiny, with an in-room basin, which felt far below what I would expect from a Junior Suite at this price point. They have excellent photographer who made the room look like paradise. The sound insulation was also quite poor. We could clearly hear people walking around upstairs and even hear things being dropped, which was particularly frustrating. The location is quite loud and many loud nights so bring earbuds if you fancy sleeping before 4 am. The view was disappointing too — essentially overlooking an abandoned-looking square filled with building materials and rubbish. The shutters were another issue, as they let in a significant amount of light despite our best efforts to close them properly. Finally, the safe didn’t work. The ladies did their best to fix it and were very helpful, but it remained an issue and understandably made us uncomfortable about leaving valuable belongings in the room.

The room was brand new and extremely well appointed. The hotel is close to everything yet very quiet. The most important aspect was the people. Vicki and Maria were very helpful with everything from parking to dining suggestions. Available by phone when we needed a question answered! Never had that experience in any other hotel

地理位置很好，地处Chania老城区，逛街吃饭都非常方便，房间紧凑，盥洗室在进门的位置，不大，房间装修风格很棒，所有东西都很齐全，晚上开空调太冷，跟经理沟通了第二天再给了条毯子。需要注意的是酒店没有电梯，行李太多的话需要自己搬上楼，从进门开始一切都是自助的，有问题可以whatsapp上联系经理。经理还帮忙定了一日游的行程，谢谢.退房后需要存东西可以在步行10分钟以内的巴士中心。

The bed was comfortable and really nice room. Great shower and wonderful decor to the room. Our only recommendation would be to add a hook for the hand towel by the sink (but with fresh towels always provided it was wonderful). Absolutely amazing terrace with dappled shade, full shade and full sun depending on what you wanted. The outdoor chairs were so comfortable (I would love to buy them) and the hot tub was an absolute dream too on a hot day (and evening). We had a great stay and lovely holiday. Positioned right in the heart of town.

Had an excellent 3 night stay at Qualia, the manager/host was always on the end of WhatsApp for any enquiries. The room was very comfortable and had modern fixtures. Great shower with luxury products. I loved the Nespresso machine/tea products. Having AC was a great experience. The hotel is in a very central location and within walking distance to many fine and local restaurants and also supermarkets. I liked the many local boutique shops in the vicinity. There was an excellent breakfast Buffett included which was in the hotel opposite. Next time I’m in Chania , I will stay here.

This was a gem of a room right in the heart of old town Chania. There was all that you could need in the room like a coffee maker, glasses and great wifi speeds. Bed is very comfortable. The only thing to consider is that the room is not soundproofed so you do hear a little action on the streets below but it was nothing too hard to handle, and the blackout drapes do not fully block the lights from outside out. We are light sleepers but either didn't affect us negatively but should be noted because it is listed with those features. Overall it was a great spot to stay for a very fair price while exploring Chania and we would stay here again.

This place is in the heart of the Old Town Chania. It's a pain in the butt to get to when arriving at night and not knowing exactly where to go but Google maps gets you where you need to no problem. It was a very well-kept place and the staff when available answered questions and also texted answers. Parking will always be a pain but if you're willing to walk 10 minutes it's not a problem. Plenty of things to do nearby during the day, and the nightlife is very charming in the location. I would absolutely recommend this stay again.
