When we arrived there was no water at the property. Apparently, we missed the instructions about how to turn it on. We found those instructions eventually. On the second night, in the middle of the night, power was cut to the property. We still have no idea why. My biggest issue is that even after many calls, texts, phone calls and a direct reach out from VRBO, we received no help nor any communication from the property owner. The first message I received from him was after we had already checked out. Unacceptable.
