Check-in took 40 minutes. AM Front Desk staff was very rude. Bathroom faucet sprayed water all over. Asked for banana for breakfast since all were gone and was told no. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were in room 211 the weekend 4/14/24, the bathroom floor was sticky like smeared pee, the bed by the window on the side with nightstand and up by the nightstand it stinks like pee, so much my nose smelled it for many hours after leaving. The elevator felt and sounded like it was falling apart. Easy to get to, entry in front only, if you don’t get a coveted spot in front, you walking around the building; doors don’t open from outside.

Thank you for alerting us to the odor. Elevator has passed annual inspection. Yes, we go for "safety first", entry is through the front door.

Hotel was clean but there is no workout room and the breakfast was very limited there wasn’t any bacon sausage, eggs, or make your own waffle

For the price, it was ok. The parking lot is well lit, the areas inside and outside felt safe, and the room was clean. The mattress and pillows in our room were a bit lumpy and somewhat uncomfortable, but again, for the price it was ok. I would recommend to management that they invest in new pillows.

The first room was not ready. Work was being done to the entrance and lobby at 7 pm making hard to get through lobby. The grab and go breakfast was not worth the time the time to look at. Would not stay there again or any other Microtel.

It is difficult for a business that is open 24 hours/day 7days/week to pick the perfect time to do upgrades and repairs. Our main rule is that noisy work stops at 8pm to accommodate sleep time. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will be adding additional items to our breakfast in November. Thank you for the feedback.

Liked the added security at the door. The breakfast wasn’t fancy but very adequate for our needs. The small space was awkward when getting items for breakfast. Room was small but bed was comfortable.

The dumpster arrived today to carry away the old mattress and pillows that we are replacing--thus the pile will be gone soon. We will be adding new items to our breakfast this month. Thank you for noticing what we are working on.

I was in town for my mom's funeral. The first hotel we stayed in was awful and scary. So I found this place. They are doing work updating the rooms and bathrooms. But it was no bother and our room was great! Clean. Smelled good. A palace compared to where we were. The breakfast is a basic grab and go. Fresh fruit. Packaged muffins. Yogurt. The staff were friendly. Really weren't any issues. It was quite comfortable.

DO NOT STAY here! The place was filthy and the walls are paper thin. You could literally hear people talking all night long as well as snoring etc. breakfast was nasty. I wouldn't even call it breakfast. Do yourself a favor and pick another spot!

Positive: comfy bed; security doors at entrance a plus!!! Negative: no USB plugs; minimal cold breakfast only; toilet paper thin enough to read thru and hard to reach; found out next morning that frig & microwave were plugged into a power strip that was turned OFF... food ruined; elevator inspection expired & loud noises when moving; room keys failed after 1 night of a 2 night stay; surprised that Wyndham would list this hotel on their website

Thank you for noticing the comfy bed and security. The elevator did pass its yearly inspection, however, we are waiting to receive the State certificate to place in the elevator. We regret that keys sometimes become demagnetized, but we are happy to reprogram them for you.

Front desk was rude. Not helpful at all. Weccalled twice to make sure we coyld check on early. When we got there rude person would not let us check in. Told us to come back at 3. Had to ask front an iron at the front desk. It was so firty it stain my sons shirt. Smoke detector in my room was wrapped up in pladtic. I guess that is what made it a smoking room. That and the cigarette burns on the clean sheets.

We apologize that your stay was not better. Early check-in is based on availability. As rooms must always be cleaned before the next guest, if people don't check-out timely we may not have availability, On the other hand if all goes well we can accept early check-ins. Thank you for alerting us to the smoke detector--it is disturbing that someone would put something over a smoke detector. The plastic has been removed.

front desk staff was super kind and friendly. When we entered out room there was a VERY large dark stain on a white cover of one of the beds. I flagged down a house keeper, brought him into the room to show him. Apparently he went to the front desk person who could speak english and she called our room to confirm what he was trying to tell her. Front desk offered us a new room or to have our bed remade, We chose a new a new cover. Beds I assume are old and have dips in the them.I was not expecting high quality in a 2 star hotel but a large stain? makes me question if even the sheets were changed.
