« The caboose was lovely, cozy and comfortable. There is a street light on the adjacent corner to the caboose which reflects light into the downstairs bedroom. It’s very bright in the bedroom at night which did affect sleep. A blackout shade perhaps? Otherwise we loved our stay! »

« We were in Chama like many hundereds of people for the Cumbres-Toltec train ride agan this year. Single Tree Cottage was perfectly located near the station... not too close, not to far. We absolutely loved the place. Excellent kitchen, very confortable bedrooms, great dining area for the four of us, and a nicely arranged sitting area to gather and talk. We will definitely want to stay there the next time we visit. »

« If you are planning to stay in Chama and are riding the train, this is the place for you. Staying in this train engine tiny home met and exceeded our expectations. The unit is very new and maintained with the guests in mind. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overall stay. And on another note is the outstanding awesomeness of our hosts. « Rivers Edge Retreat has been one of the best places we have stayed during our travels. Better than advertised and owner spares no expense with the HIGH quality of everything inside and out. Distance to town was perfect drive, got to see elk herd on way home from dinner about 5:45-6pm on 335 road to house. We dont see them in Texas so it was very neat. River flowing just outside the deck was refreshing and soothing for the soul. Ann the host had great communication and info in house helped...
