« The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. « Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. »

« This hotel has amazing front desk staff: period. Thank you! Great pool The Suites are pretty good layout but the cleanliness/upkeep of the furnishing is not so good. My daughter was supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa but she was horrified of the stained couch so didn't sleep there. « The property was lovely, but the amenities were scarce. The soap was a tiny, rough cake that was very harsh on the skin. The dishes had to be washed before we could use them because they were very sticky and felt unclean. There were cobwebs in the kitchen and the rest of the house. The fireplace worked well.
