« The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service »

« Beautiful surroundings with well maintained trails and good hiking. Staff excellent. Great library. I was a disappointed to be in a room near a loud outdoor fan, which made sitting outside unpleasant. »

« Toilet light switch turned on both toilet light and light that lit room... Awkward at night. One of the shower doors was locked stationary so reach to shower controls was distant and awkward. Room was behind elevator and heard dings during night. Check in staff was excellent. »
