« Russell is beyond wonderful! Such a great HOST!! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK HIM AGAIN! Parking should definitely be added to the price to ease the headache but other than that our stay was wonderful! « Had an amazing stay at this property in Atlanta. My girlfriend and I were visiting for a convention at the GWCC, as well as touring around Atlanta and other nearby areas of Georgia. A safe and clean neighborhood, easy walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium and other nearby attractions. A quick drive or a longer walk for downtown restaurants or to the GWCC.A great place to stay with a vehicle as any hotel nearby tries to charge upwards of 50 for parking a night. « One of the Roku remotes up/down volume buttons (it is now in the bedroom) do not work. The curtain rod over the window facing out into the front of the building is not attached with any screws at all on the left side. There was no cooking sheet for the oven (I purchased one and planned on leaving it clean with the other cook wear). The shower soap dispenser only has the backing on the wall (no dispenser in sight). And lastly, the clothes washer does not seem to be draining. I enjoyed this...

« So I stayed for a week and a half, when I first got there it was a terrible smell outside of the house as if something had died.. it actually was the trash that hadn’t been taken out seems like over a month, I had to bring the trash to the front even though it was there when I arrived…. « Didn't receive the check-in process until later than expected. I couldn't read the PDF and trying to navigate with traffic was not fun. property team response to text was fast. booking and gathering information about the booking was not as efficient. »
