« We love staying at the Black Bear Den. Suggestions: hang blinds or curtains in living area replace bar height table and stools with regular height. The current set is uncomfortable and for us mostly spritely 70+ year olds, hard to use. Loved the new linens. The Den is cozy and comfortable. »

« This is convenient for walking to downtown stores, restaurants and bars. We have stayed in the area before and we are aware of the nightlife and music, didn't seem to bother us. Had a good time. »

« Condo was very nice. Discovered on second day that the fireplace in LR didn't work. Maintenance came out and discovered there was no cut off valve. The rep said that it hadn't been working since February and didn't know why it hadn't been fixed. She said something about it would cost 5,000 and the owner hadn't fixed it.
