Recently renovated, this independent unit is similar in size and feel to a boutique hotel room, (about 200 SqFt) making it an ideal home base for exploring all that Big Sky and Yellowstone Park have to offer.

You are conveniently located near Big Sky’s Meadow Village, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, and other local conveniences.

Meadow Village offers significantly more dining and shopping options than the Mountain Village at Big Sky Resort. The Ski Resort/Mountain Village is approximately 10–15 minutes away by car, giving you easy access to the slopes and resort activities while allowing you to retreat to a quieter setting at the end of the day.

This ground-floor unit has a king bed, bathroom with shower, mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, TV, 100 MBPS fiber Wifi, closet space and desk.

A grocery store, coffee shop, Skyline (free) bus and shopping is a 5-minute walk down the road. Free concerts and farmer’s market (summer) in town center are very close. Yellowstone Park is a one-hour drive to the West Entrance. Big Sky Resort is about a 10 minute drive to world class skiing and adventure.

Jeff and Melissa are full-time Big Sky residents and the owners of Bear Basin Vacation Homes, a boutique vacation rental company focused on providing elevated guest experiences. They personally manage their vacation homes as their full-time business.
-No smoking inside the home. If you do smoke, please move well away from any buildings and dispose of the cigarette properly.
-Per HOA rules, no dogs, cats or other pets allowed
-Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM
-Skis & snowboards should remain in your vehicle. Please do not bring them inside the home as they leave stains and rust marks. You may also check your skis at the Ski Valet located at the base of the mountain for a small fee.
-If you accidentally break something please tell us so we can replenish for the next guest
