« From the feel of days gone by to the decorating throughout the apartment, it was beautiful. I would love to buy this house for myself! Great stay and a short short walk to the coffee house and square for shopping and eating. We will be back. »

« The place was nice for what I needed. Overall a good place. Had the essentials and was clean.One thing I do want to note is it was quite stuffy. I tried to open the windows but there were no screens (and lots of bugs/spiderwebs on the windows). The filter on the AC unit needed to be changed, and it smelled a little moldy. The shower also leaked quite badly when I used it. Overall good, but maybe a couple small things to address. »

« The accommodations are lovely, spacious & comfortable. The pond is beautiful & relaxing with lots of nature sounds. The fishing is absolutely amazing! My husband caught WAY more bass than he ever expected to in our short stay! Jamie was friendly, helpful & accommodating. Gus & Stella are added bonuses…they are such sweet & silly dogs. Highly recommend! »

« The property met our needs nicely, with one exception. On the positive side, the manager(s) was very responsive, there were generous supplies of towels (fabric & paper) and toilet paper, and the space worked well for us. The only problem was noise from the apartment above the back bedrooms, late at night. »

« Kathy and Rick go above and beyond in their preparations, kindness, generosity, and hospitality. When you stay with them, it’s like staying with family who care deeply! I highly recommend booking here, and it’s so close to Laurel River spillway and Cumberlands. You won’t be disappointed! »

« Beautiful property with a nice balcony and bathroom in every bedroom (big plus). Apartment was laid very nice with big dining room table and nice kitchen. It was a very short walk to the campus. It also had plenty of parking. It is the second time we stayed here. We had such a good experience the first time. »

« I originally needed a trip Oct. 2023. Due to unfortunate circumstances, We had to move our dates. I called Wayne and he immediately pushed our dates out. I needed early check-in as our arrival time was early morning and their check-in was 4:00 pm. I called the night before, he charged me the early check-in fee and done. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and welcoming! The only downside was the area. I wouldn't leave after dark with the kids. The outer area is skeptical. This would not...

« We absolutely loved our stay! From Check-in to the “boogie-ness” of the apartment and to the short drive to the Mammoth Cave Visitor Center, it was an amazing experience! My sister, my father and I spontaneously planned this trip to go visit a place we had never been to before and we enjoyed every minute of it Will definitely recommend and/or come back to visit. « We enjoyed our stay in this home...albeit the layout was very odd. There were a couple set of stairs, and it's an older home. Our host responded to any communications quickly. It was in an odd part of town (more businesses then residential), but we felt safe. All exterior doors had locks. We had everything we needed while we were there. Thank you! »
