« Was unable to make our reservation, called way ahead of time and was told ok but had to cancel with Expedia. I asked the girl if they would approve it when Expedia called to verify She said more than likely especially given our circumstances and it was before 3PM Management declined it. Paid 500 dollars for nothing even tho they could have sold that room! Shame on you wolf lodge - even a partial refund would have been nice »

« There were aspects about this experience that were 5 star: cleanliness, location, checkin process, pet friendly.It is imporatant to note, this space accomodates 2 very well. Just 2. However, during the first morning of the stay, we had a city utility worker show up and tell us he was shutting off all the utilities due to the fact that they had not been paid. My husband explained we were just renting the place for a short stay...please wait 24 hours. I informed the contact and did not hear...
