« Communication with Troy was easy and quick. The house was clean and well equipped. (Bed was super comfy.) The entryway code system is the best! No keys or cards to fiddle with. The area is old Alaskan and kinda grubby but once you get inside it’s well appointed and modern. At end of the street so quiet. « Title: Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained! The check-in process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The townhome had pretty much everything we could possibly need, including an in-unit washer and dryer (though we didn't end up needing to use them). « Definitely a work in progress. While the property has maybe been newly refreshed it is obviously a dated property and dated furnishings. Not overly clean, outside property was overgrown and uncared for and the trash dumpster was overflowing when we showed up. Countertops were sticky and musty smell throughout the house. « Stayed the weekend here for hockey tournament. Property is super close to the rink we played at, so very convenient. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants as well. "Hotel correct. Chambre spacieuse. Isolation acoustique faible. Bus numero 25 à 700m pour aller en centre ville ou au Heritage muséum. Rapport qualité prix élevé en haute saison. Options de restauration limitées. Petit déjeuner au Juno proche."

"Les moins : l'état de la chambre déplorable et la présence de SDF autour mais c'est un problème récurrent dans Anchorage même si moins présent à Downtown. La propreté était parfois un peu limite mais le linge était propre. La literie était assez confortable. L'emplacement bien que pas en centre-ville permet d'accéder assez facilement dès lors qu'on peut marcher 10 minutes pour rejoindre un bus. Le gros plus : la sympathie du personnel. Pour résumé, si vous cherchez juste un endroit pour passer 2 ou 3 nuits à moindre coût, si l'état de la chambre n'est pas bloquant pour vous alors vous pouvez y aller....sinon passez votre chemin. Cet hôtel dot faire parti des meilleurs prestation/prix d'Anchorage"

"Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!"
