« What a nice place. Easy drive to the balloon festival park and ride at Hoffmantown Church, while giving us a great mountain setting. Our host, Oscar, and his property managers, John and Dee, were great…very friendly, helpful and responsive. The house sits on a ravine with great sunset views from both the back patio and raised front patio. Lots of outdoor space, bedrooms were very comfortable, living space was large and well appointed. « Emily and Rumi are perfect hosts and are very personable. The place was very clean and the decor was a lovely Native American theme with even some pieces from the family. The air conditioning was a blessing in the Albuquerque scorching heat. The location was walking distance to all the great retail shops, restaurants, bike shop to sign up for a tour, and coffee. I definitely want to stay here again when we vacation in NM! »

« Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay. I rated the price as terrible due to an unexpected and undisclosed charge approximately 7.5 times the advertised rate for one night. I am expecting a refund in 5 to 7 business days, which, while I understand the bank process, I find unacceptable since I was charged without my knowledge or consent. I hope and suspect this was a simple mistake—beware and check the charges would be my only caution. »
