« This hotel is located well for a Denver airport hotel, and the room was clean, modern, and furnished well. The included breakfast was adequate. However, there were 2 issues, and I’ve taken off 1 star for each of them: The first day, you had to hold the “open door” button to get out of the elevator after it stopped on your floor. « Cabin was clean and neat. Staff asked if we need additional bedding stuff. They City market just beside the property. Only thing they should mention clearly on listing that AC is not available and they should provide table fans instead of small fan in bedroom. »

« This was a five star and then last night happened. I was locked out of my room it was 0200, I accidentally left the phone in the room (so, no way to call or look up any of the numbers I had been in touch with the staff the last 2 days of my stay, and no way to check my reservation. I'm sorry I was outside in the rain for 3 hours trying to figure out how I was going to get back into my room there's no information on anywhere in this building of the phone numbers that I could I could have reached...
