« Pros: Space, views, location. The view is spectacular. Good space for entertaining a family and having meals at home. Overall it was a nice homebase for exploring Colorado.Cons: living room screen door to porch is off the tracks, some of the windows don’t unlock to crank open, need better instructions on regulating heat/air, the garage floor needs cleaned out several inches of dirt, garage door wouldn’t close at one point and when I called left message and emailed..around 6:15pm on a...

« We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. « Beautiful property, wonderful host, clean, comfortable bed and fully stocked with everything we could have needed! They couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. Perfect location near university of Denver in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of street parking. These hosts go above and beyond for their guests. They also have great communication and fast response time when I had questions. I hope it’s available the next time we come to Denver. »
