« The house was exactly as advertised. We all were comfortable and had plenty of space. We used all the river toys, floats, paddle boards, and kayaks, and then came back and cooked meals, played pool and indoor games. We had questions about the river and the owner promptly texted back within minuntes. This was great for our group of adults and would have been wonderful if we had kids along. « This was my first VRBO, i found all the photos and descriptions of the VRBO to be true if not better in reality. The house was clean and and well maintained. The owners were accommodating to any requests and very informative about the area. We hope to return next year! »

« We very much enjoyed the location, cleanliness and comfort of the home. We enjoyed exploring rainbow river. We walked down and went tubing from KP hole park. It was very convenient. Very close to the state park and very close to everything you need in town. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for kids. The home itself has everything you need and beds were very comfortable. « Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist. »

« Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants. »

« The home was perfect for our girl's weekend, there were 5 of us, there was plenty of room for us. Home is in walking distance to antique and thrift stores. We went tubing and kayaking, which is a short drive from the house!!! We all left feeling relaxed! »
