« We were scheduled to be in this property for a few days as we were under mandatory evacuation orders. We were taken aback as the vintage cottage. The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. The 'courtyard' really was a SMALL patch of pseudo grass at the back door. I had reached out to the host several times before our checkin date and received no response whatsoever. We opted to lose the money we had...

« This quaint place perfectly suited our needs. We came for a UF game and stayed two nights. The ride share to and from campus was easy, even on game day. »

« Très déçus, nous avons passé 2 jours dans ce logement, pas de Check in ou à peine dans une voiture car la gérante avait un bingo. Des notre arrivé dans notre logement de fortune 2 cafard mort dans le salon, un lézard dans la chambre des filles une porte extérieur qui se fermée à peine, sécurité zéro. Les enfants avaient peur la première nuit sans compter les moustiques en sortant du logement et les papillons de nuits. Notre fille a oublié son doudou la gérante n’a fait aucun effort pour essayer...

« Parking was free...but it was 8 blocks away at an apartment building. Tub faucet broke and the room had no water or snacks. Just not at all what we expected!! The location was good for restaurants. »
